About the Conference

 The primary objective of SEPMWET 2017 is to promote leaning as an essential means for professional development in civil & Machenical engineering. It will be an excellent platform to foster exchange of ideas among the participants. It also aims to promote cooperation among various stake holders in the field of research aim at understanding the views and needs of the industries. The conference outcomes will also decide the need based criteria for training and research in Materials, Water and Energy Technologies.


About the Institute

BRCM College of Engineering & Technology established in 1999 is one of the top ranking engineering institutions of Haryana. The institute was established under the aegis of Balla Ram Hanuman Das Charitable Trust. The institute is a completely residential and spread in 100 acres of serene and lush green environs. The institute is accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA -2015), ISO : 9001 : 2015 certified and it is duly approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Government of Haryana and is permanently affiliated to M. D University, Rohtak, for four year B.Tech Degree programme in the disciplines of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and  Civil Engineering . The Institute also runs M.Tech programme in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engg., Computer Sc & Engg. Electronics & Communication Engg. and Structural Engineering.

 All the accepted papers will be published in paper bound conference proceeding with ISBN number. Few journals will also tie up for the publication of selected papers. The sample paper format can be downloaded from link provided in the download section on conference website. Two Best papers will be awarded (one each under student and open categories) in all the technical sessions.


Publication Ethics

We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of an academician. All the submitted papers will be accepted for plagiarism. Any act of plagiarism will be entirely unacceptable. It will be considered as academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. We expect that all the submissions are neither published nor under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal in electronic or hard copy format. All the registered authors have to submit a copyright agreement form.

Registration Fee

 The authors have to register their submitted paper for presentation in the conference and subsequent publication in proceeding/journals.  The registration fees for different categories of participants are as below:

















 Registration fee can be sent along with registration form (attached separately) by demand draft  in favor of BRCM College of Engineering and Technology, payable at Bahal.  Online payments can also be made through Account No. 50068621687 at Allahabad Bank, Bahal (IFSC code: ALLA0212564) or Account No. 1215000100092928 at PNB Bank, Bahal (IFSC code: PUNB0121500). In case of online payment, the copy of Bank Pay-in-slip must be sent with the Registration form.   Name of the author and the institute should also be mentioned in the Bank Pay-in-slip.  All the registered participants will be provided charge free suitable accommodation in college Guest-houses and hostels during conference days.

Bahal is a sub-tehsil of district Bhiwani, on western fringe of  Haryana state – bordering Rajasthan. It is approachable from most of the cities / towns of Northern India by road.
